All our knives are carefully packaged and shipped to you in perfect condition. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on international shipments. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your knife, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that customized knives are not eligible for return or exchange as they are made to your specific requirements.
